Phase 2 Blend and Match
Our Phase 2 Blend and Match activity is designed for whole class teaching for the practice part of your phonics lesson but can also be used during continuous provision.
It can be used in two ways. Use with the sound button which says the sound when pressed as an oral blending activity and then choose the correct picture that matches the word. Alternatively, use without clicking on the button and the pupils blend the word and then select the correct picture. The sound buttons then can be used for support if the pupil is unsure of the sound the letter makes.
