What file are available for the resources?
Our resources are provided in either PDF or PowerPoint formats. To ensure optimal viewing and printing, please have the latest version of your PDF reader. While we attempt to embed fonts in our PowerPoints, some may vary due to font licensing restrictions. Additionally, our PowerPoints are password-protected when licensed clipart is used, in accordance with the licensing agreements.
What are utilized in your resources?
We primarily use the Sassoon Infant font or a unique font for most of the text, both featuring a looped 'k'. In some instances, we've included both versions. For titles and headings, other fonts may be used. Some resources also offer a cursive version using the CCW Cursive Writing 1 font, which will be noted in the description. If you'd like a resource converted to the CCW Cursive Writing 1 font, please get in touch with us through our Contact Us page or Facebook page. Note that some resources may be suitable for the cursive font, such as word searches.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via PayPal, Apple Pay, Google, and all major credit and debit cards.
How will I receive my order?
After your purchase via PayPal, our system will email you download links to the email address used for the transaction. Please ensure you have access to this email, as we cannot send links to a different address. If you don't receive the email, please contact us through our Contact Us page or Facebook page. Download links are valid for 30 days, so be sure to save your purchased resources within that timeframe.

What should I do if I find an error in a resource?
Despite our thorough checks, mistakes can happen. If you notice any errors, please reach out to us through our Contact Us page or Facebook page. We aim to resolve any issues within 3-5 business days, during which the resource will be temporarily inactive on our website.

Do you accept requests for custom resources?
Yes, we do! While we can't guarantee every request will be fulfilled, we’re happy to try. Please send your requests through our Contact Us or Facebook page.
