Phase 2&3 Assessment Pack
This pack contains our Phase 2&3 Assessment Booklet and the Phase 2 and 3 Assessment Trackers, which are available to buy individually.
Phase 2&3 Assessment Book is designed to assess pupils knowledge of the Phase 2 and 3 sounds. You can assess if they know they sounds, can apply the sounds reading words and caption, as well as comprehension by matching to pictures. Also gives an indication of how they are applying what they know in their writing. Also looks at whether they are sight reading the High Frequency Words as well as the Tricky Words. This will enable you to see where there are gaps and put in place appropriate interventions.
The Phase 2 and 3 Assessment Trackers allowed you to record the data from the book to give to an overview.
