Phase 1 Assessment Pack
This pack contains our Phase 1 Assessment Booklet and the Phase 1 Assessment Tracker, which are available to buy individually.
Phase 1 Assessment Booklet has been designed to use as an ongoing assessment for Phase 1. It can be used at the end of your teaching session or after teaching each aspect in full. Simply decide on a colour code system and highlight the statements according to whether they have achieved, partially achieved or not achieved each statement. This enables you to see where skills need more development and aids planning.
The Phase 1 Assessment Tracker allowed you to record the data from the booklet to give to an overview.

This is a single user licence and is non-transferable. The resources are intended for single classroom and personal use ONLY. Any sharing or copying for more than one classroom is prohibited.
