Phase 3 Phonics Readers

This pack contains thirty-five Phase 3 Phonic Reader Books. There are two sets one with an alien word and one without.
 
All the books are phonetically decodable. Enabling children to gain confidence in blending words and captions.
 
Tricky words are introduced as much as possible in line with where they are suggested to be taught in the Letters and Sounds document. They have been coloured coded in red to enable children to stop and read these words. Some books contain more than one tricky word.
 
Each book has a section for reading the sounds needed for the book, a word section for blending and then moves on using those words into captions.
 
These books are designed to supplement current reading schemes within your school as well as bridge the gap between caption reading and books. 
 
They can be used as home readers, school readers, for interventions and even used in your phonic lessons in the application stage.
